Terms of Service

1. The agreement

By booking, attending or using the services of Melbourne Flavours (8 Whiteman St, Southbank VIC 3006) you accept these terms. Specific arrangements — events, salon hire, membership — may carry additional written terms that prevail where they differ.

2. Reservations and deposits

Bookings are confirmed in writing. Deposits taken for large parties, salons and events are credited to your evening’s account in full. Cancellations within 48 hours of the sitting convert deposits to house credit valid for twelve months.

3. Entry, age and dress

Guests must be 18 or over for salon areas and the lounge after 21:00; identification may be required. The house applies a smart-elegant dress code from 18:00 and reserves the right of admission. Loaner attire is offered at the host desk.

4. The salons and gaming

Salon entry requires a dinner reservation or membership. Games are conducted under house rules displayed in the salons; the pit manager’s rulings are final. We support responsible play — limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion are available through any dealer or the duty manager.

5. Payments

We accept major cards, cash, member ledger accounts and selected cryptocurrencies settled at a quoted rate locked for fifteen minutes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated.

6. Conduct and property

Guests are responsible for their party’s conduct. Photography is not permitted on the salon floor. Personal property is the guest’s responsibility; safe deposit lockers are available for valuables on request.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted, our liability for services is limited to resupply or the cost of resupply. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
