Deposits
Salons and chef’s table take a 30% deposit; dining tables of 8+ take $50 per guest. All deposits credit to the evening’s account in full.
Cancellations
48 hours’ notice returns deposits in full. Inside 48 hours we hold the credit for a future visit for twelve months.
Service & tips
A 10% service charge applies to parties of eight or more. All prices include GST. Tips are at your discretion, always.

Vouchers arrive in an embossed sleeve by post or instantly by email — redeemable against dining, salons and services, valid three years.
